CISPA or the Cyber Intelligence Sharing & Protection Act is set to rear its ugly head when when America's congress reintroduce the bill.
In its previous form the bill would have granted federal agencies almost limitless access to personal data and online communications without warrant.
Human rights are NON-NEGOTIABLE, ANY bill that that attempts to bypass such rights should be struck down with the swiftest of measure to ensure it can never be made law.
To the best of our knowledge, we are aware that CISPA violates the 4th Amendment and therefore a right of every man, woman or child to call themselves American.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized."
